Involves checking, repairing and servicing heavy machinery’s, heavy equipments, systems and infrastructures.
 Coordination with the supervisors of other departments in the joint works (such as meetings, procurement and Network).
 Comprehensive inspection of the factory building and its equipment according to the program .Repair assets in the field of air conditioning, electricity, carpentry, plumbing and others.
 Follow up all stored materials and spare parts and ensure the availability and proper storage.
 Supervising the maintenance work assigned to the department as per the time and quality required.
 Follow up the execution of preventive maintenance program for all factory machinery, fleet & building areas.
 Ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably. Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance. Responding to breakdowns. Diagnosing breakdown problems.
 Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
 Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
 Preventive maintenance for heavy equipments of CATERPILLAR, HYSTER, KOMATSU FORKLIFTS, WHEEL LOADER & TENNANT SWEEPER MACHINE.
 Procure spare parts locally, internationally from GERMANY, ITALY, SWITZERLAND & INDIA for the plant machinery & factory buildings.
 Arrange import of required material through courier services on urgent situations.
 Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly.
 Liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues.
 Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components.
 Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
 Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.

Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms clarifying description of problems conducting inspections, taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, examining service schedules.
 Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers, explaining provisions and exclusions.
 Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required, obtaining approval signatures, entering RO into service database system.
 Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle, obtaining customer's approval of estimates, obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers, answering questions and concerns, arranging towing and temporary transportation.
 Maintains automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.
 Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading manufacturers' publications.
