Key Responsibilities:
Implement processes and procedures of the recruitment activities and processes to ensure smooth flow of the process
Coordinate assessment centers to ensure all candidates assessed prior to any recruitment action.
Managed vacancies internally / externally & universities to targeted hires.
Coordinates Saudization program through attracting and selecting Saudi national employee.
Active use of recruitment and selection tools and manage recruitment portal.
Coordinates with departments at all levels to provide and exchange information and advice.
Execute face to face interviews for Junior and Mid-Level posts, so that the position is closed in timely manner.
Evaluate and deliver weekly recruitment status reports.
Suggest proper media for approaching the right caliber candidates.
Communicating all recruitment Channels on Yearly basis for negotiations.
Evaluating Training courses, learning effectiveness and Training providers/vendors to ensure the quality of the services provided.
•Involved in providing fully managed solution that streamlines the operational aspects of human resources that include forecasting, recruiting, motivating and retention.
•Involved in end- to-end recruitment process which includes Short listing the candidates with the help of various methodologies like employees referrals, head hunting, job portals, posting the advertisement, phone screening, scheduling interviews, taking personal interviews and negotiations, giving the offer letter.
•Carried out induction programs for new recruits and maintained track of Employee activities.
•Involved in handling attendance details for payroll processing for all employees, which includes leave processing.
