• Supervising a team of 6 employee’s .
• Responsible for Customer Service (Return & Exchange, Merchandise pickup, Call Center, etc.).
• Responsible of maintaining the Warehouse.
• Handling, Monitoring and controlling the stock movements in the warehouses.
• Arranging stock & transfers for all regions as per the requirement.
• Responsible for controlling the stock and maintaining the records.
• Contacting sales team when there is required.
• Responsible for the client issues.
• Successfully handled all public relations issues .
• Reporting to senior management when required.
• On behalf of the above duties, performing all other related duties as may be required or necessary by the management .
• Handling, Monitoring and controlling the stock movements in all warehouses.
• Arranging stock & transfers for all regions as per the requirement.
• Coordinating with the concerned managers and sales supervisors for the issues related to stock requirement, deliveries, stock transfers, inventory records etc.
• Supervising daily cycle count in the warehouse.
• Monitoring daily POD reports to make sure all the pods are timely received and updated in system.
• Monitoring daily return sales report to control returns if related to warehouse.
• Keep update information & give Informing to sales team about the new shipments and latest received from port.
• Assisting the superiors in reserving the stock for fast moving models as per the customer requirement
• Handling, Monitoring and controlling the stock and Communicating with customers and client.
• Responsible for processing cash and card payments and Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
• Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
• On behalf of the above duties, performing all other related duties as may be required or necessary by the management
