Working as a Senior Site In charge., Managing, Monitoring and, liaising with any consultants,
subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in
the project, communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and
surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress, day-today management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors, Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site
facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines, Including making BOQs, Reco, Rate analysis, Monthly progress Report, Daily & Weekly Activity
Progress Report, Month Look-ahead, Minutes of Meeting etc.

including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress, day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors, Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Including making Monthly progress Report, Daily & Weekly Activity Progress Report, Month Look-ahead, Minutes of Meeting etc.
As a Assisting Planning Engineer making and verifying BOQ’s, Controlling and Submitting the documents like, Method Statement for different types of Waterproofing works, , Inspection and Test Plan for working, Inspection and Testing Request, Material Approval Submittal, Material Inspection request, Non Conformance Report, Request for Information, Sample Material Submittal, Test
Report Submittal, Area Access request etc.
Making Monthly progress Report, Daily & Weekly Activity Progress Report, Month Look-ahead, Minutes of Meeting etc.
1. Working as a Document Controller.
2. Making, Controlling and Submitting the documents like, Method Statement for different types of works, Internal Document Transmittal, Inspection and
Test Plan for working, Inspection and Testing Request, Material Approval Submittal, Material Inspection request, Non Conformance Report, Request for Information, Shop Drawing Submittal, Sample Material Submittal, Test Report Submittal, Area Access request etc.
3. Including making Monthly progress Report, Daily & Weekly Activity Progress Report, Month
Look-ahead, Minutes of Meeting etc.
4. Detailed Labour Histogram, Material Logistic Plan, Material Procurement Schedule plan, and Material Shifting detail plan.
In-charge of Zone-5 of (17MLD) & Zone 7 of (13MLD)STP & UGD Collection System of Sewerage Treatment.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure design specifications as well as safety and sanitation standards are being met.
• Advice managerial and industrial personnel by providing technical advice regarding design, construction, structural repairs, and program modifications.
• Oversee all construction, maintenance, and operations activities on project sites.
1. Assist the chief site engineers in overseeing the progress of the construction projects and guiding the project teams.
2.Observe the construction site and ensure that all safety norms and quality measures are being followed.
3. Make sure that the project proceeds on time. Arrange for working overtime if the project is lagging behind.
4. Look after the construction of roads, sewage, electricity backup, pavements, etc., in addition to actual building of structure.
5. Survey the site and ensure that the land is leveled accurately and measured before placing the supporting rods.
6. nterpret the planned designs and blueprints to the workers and mark the actual location on site.
