•Prepare shop drawing and coordination drawings based on project’s design drawings.

•Review subcontractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.

•Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.

•Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (civil, mech, elect., etc.!"

•Review the bills of quantities with the quantity surveyor engineer and check for any missing details.

•Participate in solving & report any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical office manager for discussion and proper solve.

•Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs" for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.

Designed & organized team efforts to accomplish several projects’ design, And Desgin construction technical packages and review shop drawings. Highlights of the projects I have worked on are:

- Speciialized Medical Center Of Fintas

- Interior Design Of Caravan For His Highness The Prime Minister Of State of Kuwait

- Two main Gardens in Sabah Al Ahmed City, (Design Competition)

- Dar Al Tahfeez Farwaniya Governorate, (Design Competition)

I have also trained all staff members “4 architects & 4 draftsmen” on Autodesk 3dsMax 2014 design & design development of architectural concepts .

Designed & organized team efforts to accomplish several projects’ design. Highlights of the projects I have worked on are:
- Shaikh Jasim Al Subbah palace,
- Shaikh Ali Al Subbah palace diwanya & residence
- 40 Different villas .
- Al Seddeq Mosque, Abdullah Al Salem District.

Worked as an architect & interior Designer for many governmental projects as well as residential projects. Responsible for conceptual design, 3d visualization & rendering for many interior designs as well as architectural projects. One of the important projects I have
done was "the unified window Project" for Customs Authority in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I have done researches & staff meetings to gather enough information for the design program, assisted the client to define their needs of areas, sections & number of building occupants. The design process was very efficient & it took me 3 months only to generate conceptual drawings for 3 different sized buildings to be constructed in 32 locations around the Kingdom.
