The project calls for construction of a new university for women. The university is expected to cover 8 millions square metres and located on King Khalid International Airport Road at north of Riyadh. The total built up area is around 3 millions square metres. The university will include administration buildings, 13 faculties, a 700-bed student hospital, laborites, Research centres, and residential area that include accommodation for students and staff. The capacity of university is around 26, 000 students.

- We Set The Site Corners And Checking Its Diminutions To Finish Receiving The Site From The Major Contractor.
- Doing A Grid Budget For The Site, Doing Required Charts (Contour Maps - Grid Maps), Accounting Fill And Cut Volumes Which Will Carrying Out In The Site To Reach To The Required Level To Start Working.
- Evolving Required Coordinates To Start Working Whether For H-BEAM Or PILES On Banners To Have The Agreement To Start Working.
- Setting out The Blocks Places Inside The Site, This Is Gas Tubes And Other Things.
- Keep Following on Finishing The Project.
- We did the final asbuilt for piles, set the deviation in all directions from its own location from the pile cap on it, delivering all that in the final report to the main contractor
- Also, we did a final calculating for the fill volume which between piles to clear the concrete cap places and deliver it with its own reports and drawing
- Setting out for all structural works like (foundation, colums, walls, steel structural)
