KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Legal Research & Advisory:
• Provide legal constancy to individual clients and companies in a variety of matters related to civil, commercial and criminal lawsuits. Educate them on their legal rights and guide them on the functioning of the legal system.
• Support the ongoing success of the Company by assisting in the investigation, preparation, and research of all legal issues of the company and its specific departments, thereby documenting, suggesting recommendations and following up on the stipulated action in an effective manner.
• Provide legal advice in various areas such as business investment, civil and personal status, criminal, administrative, financial, labor, contracting and construction issues.
• Assist in and conduct legal research across all relevant legal channels by preparing reports, suggestive measures and opinions regarding the discovered legal matters.
• Perform required procedures in accordance with the regulatory laws and prepare the required documents for establishment of companies.
• Analyze legal agreements and contracts to ensure client interests are protected and that all legal terms and conditions are clearly incorporated into the documents.
Legal Proceedings:
• Facilitate the prompt completion of any pending legal project by effectively communicating and following up with all parties (external and internal).
• Update the legal system and lists by ensuring all required information and data is accurate and in line with company and regulator policies.
• Examine case details thoroughly to determine probable outcomes and develop strategies and arguments to present the cases to judges.
• Represent the client before most of all judicial, security and concerned authorities (General and District courts, Grievances Board, Judicial Committees and Labor Bodies, Judicial Committees for resolution of insurance disputes and violations et cetera) in different cities of Saudi Arabia.
• Prepare the lawsuits files and memorandums and submit it to the concerned judicial authorities.
• Conduct meetings with clients and internal teams to assess the progress of cases and devise appropriate responses to the reports of experts
• Notify the opponent parties with the followed procedures; execute the final judgments.
• Enforced legal actions to regain the outstanding money and debt collection.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Legal Documenting & Drafting:
• Develop statement of facts, write case point and summary of arguments, and complete all legal documentations for registering summons, appeals and cases in courts.
• Drafts remarks and review the contracts, briefs, memorandums, letters, including filling, creation and archiving of letters et cetera, so as to aid the day to day operations of the department.
• Prepare all necessary documents that needed be provided to regulators and government bodies in order to renewal or to have the needed licenses and / or approvals and /or certificates.
• Review and draft resolutions, testimonies, agreements, amendments, legal citations and other contractual documents at all levels of Saudi Litigation system.

Dispute Resolution:
• Provide required legal support to clients in dealing with and resolving disputes and legal issues with stakeholders ensuring protection of the rights and position of the client’s organization.
• Review complaints and commercial disputes involving domestic and foreign institutions and support the appropriate Chamber of Commerce and Industry to which the parties are affiliated in providing satisfactory solutions.
• Support parties in settling disputes by drafting charter party arbitration agreement for consideration of the arbitral tribunal in charge of ending the conflict and drafting settlement agreements based on the arbitration award.
