-Achieving the sales targets and objective said by my manager
-Responsible for Selling Scaffolding, Building Materials like Water Proofing Chemicals, Piping, Valves & Fittings, drainage, Cement Boards, Gypsum Boards, Water Heater, and Window Cleaning System etc.
-Visit to customers / contractors / consultants and explain the scope of work.
-Assist Sales Manager to execute sales and marketing strategies.
-Identify new products and services.
-Collection of enquiries from customers.
-Preparing the quotation
-Submission of quotation and follow-up actions.
-To maintain market information and support Sales Manager on preparing projections/adopting market strategies.
-Keep close liaison with the customers.
-trouble shoot on customer complaints
-Collect information regarding competition to prepare competition analysis.
-Conduct customer satisfaction survey.
-Responsible for collecting payments from the Clients.
-Any another responsibilities as and when assigned by the Sales Manager.
