Work Experience
I SEYADAL.L.C Project management and Investment Dammam (OCT 2010- Till Date)

Duties and Responsibilities - Working in a project management company my duties where a cluster of design, tendering, supervision and procurement.

(1) Designing duties
Firstly liaising with the developer and make a complete outline for the vision of the project
Secondly do a complete design which includes the following
(a) Cable selection using voltage drop calculations considering the type of installation as per the National Electric Code.
(b) Complete Panel board design including the breakers, bus bars and selection of enclosure as per NEMA standards.
(c) Lighting design incorporating the lux per sq-ft as required by the NEC and selection of light fixture best suited for the location.
(d) Lighting control panel design incorporating a photo voltaic cell and timer for automated switching.
(e) Power layout design included liaising with people of different trades such as mechanical engineer, kitchen supplier (for heavy duty equipment) as per the CODE requirement.
(f) Load calculation which includes total load and demand load calculation as per the technical specification of the installed equipment.
(g) Fire alarm layout as per the CODE requirement.
(h) Low current layout for (TV and Telephone system) as per the developer requirements incorporating centralized PBAX system selection of cables.
(i) Security system (access control) as per the developer requirement includes mainly motion detection system, magnetic door lock and burglar alarm.
(j) Control design for complete Irrigation system using timers and electronic valves.

(2) Tendering duties
(a) Preparing contractor prequalification report.
(b) Liaison with the participating contractor for the bidding.
(c) Preparing complete tending package including Bill of quantities, contract specifications etc.
(d) Evaluation of the submitted bid based on the price, experience and reputation.
(e) Liaising with Contractors for price negotiation.

(3) Supervising consultant duties
(a) Review and approving of the material submittal.
(b) Review and approval of shop drawing.
(c) Regular site inspections.
(d) Preparing Snagging and DE snagging reports.
(f) Preparing progress reports.
(g) Review and approval for Invoices.
(h) Monitoring of project timelines and milestones.
(i) Conduct inspection for final testing and Commissioning.
(j) Providing technical support government application for electrical meter application.

(4) Procurement duties
(a) Preparing owner supplied material take off.
(b) Liaising with suppliers.
(c) Supplier comparison analysis.
(d) Issuing purchase orders.
