Work for Aalam al Eshraq Trading & Contracting Co. as civil engineer in civil works such as drawings study, quantity survey, cost estimation, and preparation of contracts and technical & financial tender offers and documents,
Beside working as Site Manager for number 4 buildings projects at Al Ahmar Municipality - Al Aflaj Province (Not completed for the lack of fund).
عملت بشركة عالم الإشراق للتجارة والمقاولات المحدودة - بالرياض - المملكة العربية السعودية،
عملت بالشركة في اعمال حساب الكميات والتكاليف وإعداد العقودات والعروض الفنية والمالية والعطاءات ، كما عملت كمدير موقع لتنفيذ عدد اربعة مشاريع لبلدية الأحمر بمحافظة الأفلاج (ولكن لم يكتمل العمل نسبة لعدم توفر التمويل اللازم)
• الإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال الهندسية والفنية والإنشائية بمحطات تنقية المياه والآبار (الجوفية والسطحية) والسدود والحفائر وخطوط وشبكات نقل وتوزيع المياه (مختلفة النوع والحجم).
• الإشراف علي تنفيذ مشروعات وتقنيات حصاد المياه من سدود ترابية وحجرية وخرسانية ومصارف وخزانات وحفائر وتروس لنثر وتوزيع وتوجيه وتجميع المياه.
• مراجعة ودراسة المستندات التصميمية لمشاريع المياه المختلفة والمخططات التنفيذية والخرائط والرسومات الإنشائية والهندسية.
• المشاركة والمساعدة في تصميم محطات تنقية المياه وشبكات توزيع المياه والسدود.
• المسح الكمي وحساب وتقدير الكميات (BOQs) وربطها مع الخرط والرسومات والعقودات والمساعدة في إعداد وصياغة العقودات الفنية والهندسية.
• متابعة التفتيش وإعداد الوثائق والمستندات ذات الصلة بالموقع والمشروع (شهادات التسليم والإستلام والتدقيق والإنجاز والدفعيات (المستخلصات) وغيرها)
• إعداد تقارير سير العمل كما هو مطلوب (يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية...... الخ) كما كتابة وقائع وإعداد تقارير الإجتماعات.
• كتابة وصياغة وإعداد التقارير الفنية والهندسية.
• معرفة جيدة بتخطيط المشاريع وإدارة الموقع ووضع وتنفيذ الجداول الزمنية.
• معرفة ببعض برامج الحاسوب في تطبيقات الهندسة المدنية
• التنفيذ والإشراف على أعمال البناء من الخرسانة المسلحة والطوب والهياكل الخشبية وأبنية الفولاذ من حيث التفتيش والفحص والتدقيق والمراقبة.
• الإشراف علي تنفيذ الأعمال الترابية من حفريات وردميات ودمك.
• الإشراف علي وتنفيذ وإدارة مشاريع وبرامج الطوارئ والكوارث الإنسانية والطبيعية.
• تدقيق ضبط جودة المواد المستخدمة في البناء والتشييد والإنشاء والتركيب (الخرسانة، الفولاذ وحديد التسليح، التربة، الردميات، ....)
• العمل التقنى والحقلى باستخدام نظام تحديد المواقع GPS عن طريق مسح المنطقة المستهدفة ، واتخاذ النقاط المرجعية والإحداثيات وربطها مع برامج نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) مثل (Map source, Google Earth)
• تحديد أهداف العمل والمسح الحقلي وجمع وتحليل البيانات لاستخدامها في وضع وإعداد الخطط الإستراتيجية والجزئية لتنمية موارد ومصادر المياه.
• فرز العطاءات وإختيار المقاول المناسب من حيث التأهيل والشروط والعرض الفني (الخبرة، المقدرة الفنية، الجدول الزمني، سرعة إنجاز العمل،...) والعرض المالي (التكلفة الإقتصادية المناسبة، المقدرة المالية، خطابات الضمان،...).
• تدقيق ومراجعة وإعداد الدفعيات والمستخلصات.
• الإستلام الإبتدائي والنهائى للأعمال وإختبار جودة المشروع.
• Supervision the implementation of engineering and construction works of water and sanitation projects these are: water treatment plants, desalination plants, boreholes (ground & surface), transmission pipelines and water distribution systems (various type and size).
• Supervision the implementation of Rainwater harvesting projects and techniques such as dams (embankment, masonry and concrete), haffirs, bonds, reservoirs, dykes, terraces, conduits, canals, etc for various purposes of collection, distribution, conveyance, flood control and others.
• Review and study design documents for various water projects and implementation plans, as well as engineering and construction basic and detailed drawings.
• Participate and assist in the design of water distribution networks, water treatment plants and dams beside soil investigation and feasibility studies.
• Quantity survey, calculation and estimation (BOQs) with connection to the drawings and contracts beside assistance in the preparation and development of technical and engineering contracts.
• Follow-up inspection and preparation of documents, letters and certificates related to project such as investigation, permissions, achievement, receipts, handover and others.
• Preparation of progress reports as required (daily, weekly, monthly ...... etc) and meeting reports.
• Writing and preparation of engineering technical reports.
• Good knowledge of project planning and management of the site and development and follow up the implementation time schedules.
• Implementation and supervision of construction works such as reinforced concrete, brick, timber, and steel structures, etc in terms of inspection and quality assurance.
• Supervision the implementation of earthworks (excavation, embankment and compaction).
• Supervision, implementation and management of projects and programs of humanitarian emergencies and natural disasters.
• Check and approve the quality of the materials used in construction, erection and installation (cement, aggregates, concrete, steel, rebar, soil, pipes, accessories ....)
• Technical and field work using GPS by surveying the target area and record the reference points and coordinates to be linked with Geographic Information Systems (GIS programs) such as (Map source, Google Earth, etc).
• Identification of work goals, undertaking field survey and analyzing collected data to be used in the development and preparation of the partial and strategic plans of integrated water resources development.
• Sort the bids and select the appropriate bidder in terms of prequalification and technical condition (experience, technical ability, equipments, manpower, timetable, speed of completion of work ...) and financial condition (appropriate economic cost, financial viability, letters of guarantee ...).
• Preparation, check and approval of payment documents with accordance to the achievement.
• Insurance Quality Control as per requirements, standards and specifications.
• Undertaking Testing, Commissioning, Initial and Final Handover of the project.
