Performs general accounting activities requiring gathering, entering, analyzing, and reporting on financial transaction.

Manage all cash accounting, including the cash book, bank reconciliation and processing of receipts and payments.

Provide financial & analytical reports necessary used by upper management for decision making .

Maintains financial files and information to allow retrieval of information and reports .

Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

Prepares Invoicing by verifying documentation, and accurately collected, recorded and reconciled .

Prepare of bank letters of guarantee

-مسئول حساب تكاليف استيراد بضائع المستوردة (جوي, بحري وناقل السريع)
-مراقبة المخزون, عضو بلجنة الجرد السنوي .
- مسئول أصول الشركة, جرد أصول الشركة لجميع الفروع.
-مسئول المدفوعات الداخلية المتضمنة : مطابقة أوامر الشراء وسند استلام البضاعة أو الخدمة مع أوامر الشراء, تسجيل فواتير الموردين بالنظام, مراجعة كشف الحساب المرسل من المورد ومطابقته مع حساب المورد لدينا, تسوية الفروقات ان وجدت . إرسال مذكرة ائتمان أو خصم, مراجعة مذكرة الائتمان أو الخصم المرسلة من المورد, مراجعة توزيع مراكز التكلفة .
-مسئول مصاريف تطوير ورعاية عملاء الشركة المتضمنة إرسال الاطباء لحضور مؤتمرات طبية دولية.
-مسئول صرف إجازات الموظفين, مسئول صرف عمولات مدراء الفروع و المحصلين
