Strategically responsible of 200 Million Saudi Riyals Buying Capacity from International and Local Markets, meeting the supply and import difficulties by leading eight supply executives and develop the top 20% of suppliers achieving: -
- Proactively manage contracts, and sourcing activities to result in enhanced vendor performance by 12% as average over 18 month period.
- Work closely as cross functional team member to assist department leaders meeting OPI goals and projects timeline.

My role was Restructuring Supply Management for 700 MSR spend power business unit. As strategic buying capacity range from project, Capex and Opex categories from international and national supply base top 2300 contractors, serving more than 3000 customers in GCC countries as FMC, leading staff of 12 delivering Cost Saving Initiatives, Re-Setting Policies, Producers and Working Instructions. Saudi Snack Foods Co is a FMCG MNC and subsidiary of PepsiCo International (USA) . Located in Riyadh Saudi Arabia responsible of business management of production, sales & distribution of Frito-Lay Brands "Lays, Cheetos, Doritos "in both KSA, & AMEA region.
Above 1 billion Saudi Riyals with 3000 customers as customer base. My role Restructuring, Resetting Supply Management for 100 MSR spend power business unit. As strategic OPEX buying capacity from international and national 300 top supply base achieved:
- Improve material delivery by 55% though new supplier matrix
- Delivering overall cost saving 18% of operating budget and 10% of previous year actual in raw materials and packaging spending.
- Recognizes and implement spend reduction opportunities, through competitive bidding, group purchasing and long term contracting by 33% over the last 18 month commitments.
- Streamline importation procedures to recognize materials availability by %45 for plant efficiencies.
Adwan chemical industries Co. Ltd., is a fully owned subsidiary of the Adwan Development Co. of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, located at the sprawling Industrial city No. 2 of Riyadh and Dammam. We are the basic manufacturer of inorganic chemicals and processor of industrial minerals.
I was one of the project team setting up the plant for the business and future expansions.

SABIC Services is an affiliate of Saudi Basic Industries Company (SABIC) based in Riyadh and located as service groups in Juabil and Yanbu to provide the purchasing service for all SABIC Project in general, all project requirement "Raw, Packaging Materials and parts ". Contracts and other goods been added after the system been completed and tested as central purchasing management in Riyadh.
