• Assists production in handling both quality and food safety issues.
• Assures compliance of products and processes to company specifications and standards.
• Directs observation for ISO 17025 and GLP records for monitoring.
• Performs basic Quality Control tests with provided equipment and report results to Quality Control Manager.
• Conducts audits and investigations to find root causes of finished product defects while maintaining the highest safety, quality, cost and GMP standards.
• Provides details on how quality issues were found and report findings and corrective actions to Quality Control Manager.
• Inspects pest control devices and report findings to Quality Control Manager. Seeks continual improvement by participating in and/or leading regular trainings.
