Handle customer’s calls facing Issues in
their ADSL internet Inbound\Outbound
calls
• Troubleshoot and solve the technical
issues (Data and Voice, Internet stability,
speed, Browsing, IP, etc…).
• Escalating higher level issues to second and
third level support.
• Assigning tickets to maintenance
department.
• Providing customers with all information
and answer technical questions even sales
inquiries or direct the call to the responsible
department.
• Assist team leader in leading tasks and
provide support and information to
newcomer agents.
Work EXPERIENCE An information system
’s degree from Faculty of computer and information systems, A conscientious Person, hardworker, flexible with work conditions, with very good communication skills, team worker, with very good background in customer service field. Grade: (Very Good). Graduation project (Excellent): Electronic Garage with Android App.
