Main Role:
Managing Warehousing, Fleet& Demand planning Departments to guarantee improving Availability and adapting Company Turns while reducing the cost to the desired levels achieving the following:
- Direct Supply demand planning (Activating Automatic PO)
- Centralized Range (Activating Automatic request)
• Participate in setting new company strategy
• Create all procedures for outside Cairo new openings (8Stores) out cairo
(alex, astanha, kom hamada, menof, fayoom, north coast, berkt elsabaa, banha )
• Participate in increasing overall company sales (double times)
• Maximize Company Fleet benefits by:
-looking for Adapting Trucks cost
- Increase no of daily trips
- Reduce Renting to the minimum level
- Activating GPS system
- Divers-form kinds of trucks to apply different stores models and meet operation needs
• working on Create Full Reporting System To Control:
- DC Performance - Dep. Purchases - Fleet
- DIO - AVA
Managing demand Departments for all company branches and main Distribution
Center to guarantee improving Availability and company Turns target the
follows:
Improve overall company turn over
Reduce Company Stock Days (DIO)
Improve overall company availability
(Promo, DC, KVI, Direct Sup )
Activate Automatic request between branches and main DC
Participate in setting new company strategy
Responsible for forecasting activities associated with products sourced from foreign suppliers.
*Maintains the purchase plans incorporating forecast information (sales, receipts, promotions & others)
*Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data
*Interact with Buyers to understand demand forecast drivers
*Use and maintain the Demand Planning Plans as the primary forecasting tool.
*Measure regularly the forecasts results and provide the forecast accuracy evaluation feedback
.*Lead Purchasing Activities with end to end process (from PO Management to receipt of stock).
*Ensure follow-up on On-Time Delivery Status for Pending Orders with Suppliers.
*Lead initiatives for follow-up on Clearance of Shipments
*Ensure liaison with Buyers on all purchases as per business requirements (price analysis & cover).
Managing Logistics Departments for all company branches and main Distribution
Center to guarantee improving Availability and company Turns achieving the
follows:
Improve overall company turn over by 50 % (From 8 to 16 turns)
Reduce Company Stock Days (DIO) by 35 % (From 36 to 24 Days)
Improve overall company availability
(Promo, DC, KVI, Direct Sup & Home Delivery top 200)
Activate Automatic request between branches and main DC
Participate in setting new company strategy
Create all procedures for outside Cairo new openings (5 Stores)
(Zagazig, Aswan, El-Menia, Desouk & Senbellaween)
Participate in Duplicating overall company sales
Assist in adapting company profit during 2016 inflation by highlighting the
affected dep. And the reduction of sold quantity
Increase no. of centralized suppliers
Create Full Reporting System To Control:
- DC Performance - Dep. Purchases
