o Develop, implement and maintain an effective maintenance Program for all plant and equipment.
o Build good relationship with the concerned authorities like Department of Transport, RTA, AL DAR, MUBADALA, DP WORLD, MOID…
o Ensure that equipment, related operations and services are maintained at all times with a high level of focus on the impact of HSEQ performance.
o Designing & Estimation of Traffic Signal Systems, Intelligent Transportation System & Parking Management System.
o Coordination with client, contractors and authorized departments involved in the project.
o Prepare reports and presentation for clients outlining recommendations.
o Responsible along with Project Manager on Engineering Design phase to Prepare and follow up all material and drawing submittals.
o Provider of Commercial & contract management, administration, budget and cost control, variation and claims management, and the determination of final accounts
o Estimate the project cost and prepare the Technical and commercial offer.
o Build new business and follow up all the opportunities.
o Supervise and manages the implementation of the ITS systems (Traffic Signal System, Variable Message Sign, Speed Control Sign, Lane Control Sign, Traffic Counting System, Over Height Vehicle Detection System and CCTV Camera).
o Manage intelligent traffic system development, including database development, systems analysis, engineering analysis, testing, documentation, and communications systems operations and support.
o Inspect workplace environments, equipment, or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
o Conducting the testing and commissioning of the project with the client
o Conducting the training (technical and non-technical) and handover the project to the client.
o Supports the review and checks of ITS solutions including BOQ checks and reviews and/or prepares responses to RFIs for assigned design and construction projects.
o Reviews Designers specifications, data sheets, and other ITS-related design documents as necessary.
o Provide DoT with historical and real-time traffic data for assessing freeway improvements and traffic management. The data would be essential for various DoT activities such as planning, maintenance and asset management
o Prepare invoices, cash flow and manage spare parts.
o Involvement in tendering process to develop technical process for installation and maintenance.
o Management of various tenders
o Production and review of all estimates before they are being submitted
o Monitor the results of the tenders
o Ensure estimates are competitive in the current market and the potential project is feasible
o Develop estimating procedures
o Performing the traffic study for Emirates of Abu Dhabi; provide weekly & monthly reports to Department of Transport with analysis for the traffic and the update on traffic growth trend In Emirates of Abu Dhabi.
o Prepare maintenance plan and follow up the maintenance teams to complete all Corrective & preventive maintenance.
o Configure and commission count stations (Remotely and locally).
o Check the system and follow the issues with the manufacturer.
o Oversee the entire field equipment and back office maintenance activities.
o Develop a yearly maintenance plan.
o Identify and track work processes related to Operations and maintenance
Work on the project management through planning, implementation and follow-up procedures for the success of the project
• Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting PCs & Laptops.
• User administration (setup and maintaining account) & Maintaining system.
• Monitor system performance & monitor network communication.
• Create file systems & Create a backup and recover policy.
• Update system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out.
• Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network.
• Setup security policies for users.
• Install configures and maintains IP telephone.
