• Develop complete and accurate drawing with autocad for all architectural and engineering design phases
• Participate in design reviews with subcontractors, suppliers and design or project engineers, project managers, site supervisors and field technicians in the office or on site to insure design intent and consistency
• Analyse and interpret engineering data for construction
• Interact with suppliers to meet specifications and needs for the projects and review all drawings made by them
• Thoroughly and accurately document the project activities, design and communications
• Create and modify detail drawings using autocad from sketches, layouts, or notes
• Create individual procedures and work process adhering to BAUER's policies & standards
• Proficient computer skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D and including Internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and communication through only Outlook and Skype Business
• Create site layouts, cross sections, coordinates drawings
• Strong in construction drawing, detailing and good knowledge of materials and technical requirements
• Preparation of Arabic sketches and details ( for municipality approval as per Oman law)
• Preparation of Architectural drawings & details (villas, commercial buildings & Masjid)
• Preparation of structural drawings, details and schedules
• Site Inspection (if required)
• Office management (if required)
