Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer and the Chairman, managing the Family office of Alajlan Family, with investments in Global public and private equity, Real Estate, and Fund investments.
Recommending the strategic and tactical asset allocation mix depending on the principal and business needs.

Oversees daily operations including core business functions such as Trading, settlements and customer service. Expert in institutional clients trading strategies and settlement process. Assist HNW and corporate clients in making informed decisions by showing various options and trading ideas. Continually working with BOD towards developing and implementing the strategic goals and objectives of the organization and recommended the yearly budget for the company. Selected Achievements: • Expanded client base by 30% in three years, with focus on institutional clients and International prime brokers. • Enhanced company competitive position and improved company ranking to 33 from 43 (out of 64) under challenging economic conditions. • Reduced provisions for new bad debt to Zero by restructuring trading process and developing and implementing new compliance and KYC procedures, and promoting CFA code of ethics. • Handled the capital increase for a public company through private placement to shareholders (task assigned by underwriter Jordinvest), including the preparation of memorandum and completing all regulatory procedures. • Used market information, economic data and research reports to proactively provide advisory services and different trading ideas in order to grow clients' business. • Contributed with Jordan Securities Commission in the issuance of new market directives, including the new Listing directives and Margin trading directives. • Participated in the management of the companys' portfolio and investment allocation.
