❖ Monitor the quality control indicators and alert sub - contractors site Engineers in

❖ Prepare inspections request and other quality related reports/documents of every
activity and monitor accomplishments.
❖ Implement all aspects of quality assurance/ control system on all materials; keep
on file test results and calibration reports of test equipment’s.
❖ Ensure that the process of work is in accordance with the method statements and
approved drawings are followed.
❖ Attend and prepares records for quality audits and inspections by client, and
consultants.
❖ Coordinate daily inspections and meetings.
❖ Preparations and implementations of weekly and monthly program.
❖ Meeting with Supervisors and foremen for their safety at the construction site.

• Arranging resources (i.e., Material, Manpower and Equipment)

items at site to avoid any kind of delay in progress of project.
