Detailed design for projects in MENA region including - PFD and P &ID Development for Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants, Process Calculations and Hydraulic Calculations, Pump Sizing, Relief Valve Sizing, Operation Philosophy, Equipment and Pipe Sizing, Hazardous Area Classification, Developing Detailed Design Document - Datasheets, Valve Schedules, Line Lists & Vendor Evaluation for Conventional Activated Sludge Plants, Membrane Bio Reactors and Reverse Osmosis Plants.


Key Responsibilities
• Review project specifications and participate in the compilation of basic process design, data and process calculations; finalize process scheme and equipment selection
• Prepares detailed process and sizing calculations, preliminary process and layout design drawings and final detailed drawings
• Perform functions of engineer in-charge for control & co-ordination within design and other operation departments
• Participate with the Design Manager in the final selection of process plant and equipment
• Liaise with the proposals and projects departments to ensure smooth implementation of the approved design
• Participate for Design and Safety related studies such as HAZOP, 3D Model Review
• Evaluate plant performance by data collection from site and assist in commissioning as required.

• Conducting Environmental Performance Audit including Site Inspection, review of environmental performance, EMS and gap analysis of process technology against EU Bat requirements
• Developing timeline of activities based on Environmental Clearance Process for various projects and monitoring progress of activities
• Working collaboratively with clients, internal teams and governmental bodies to develop EIA Study and Environmental Management Plan.
• Establishing scope for EIA through consultation with client and regulating agencies
• Site Visits and Baseline Study Coordination
• Assessing Impacts and Developing Mitigation Strategies
• Prefeasibility Reports and Presentation Preparation
