with the Head of Branch Network in the development of the service strategies and objectives. organise and control assigned elements of the branch network to ensure performance objectives are achieved profitably by doing the following:
•Provide inspiration and leadership to a number of branches to ensure the delivery of the business plan for the Region.
•Establish a high performance culture amongst the branch management team.
•Build strong relationships with Insurance division/ partner to manage insurance products.
•Maximize income generation review network services strategies to maximize service delivery.
•Lead and drive the delivery of agreed management and processes ensuring individuals receive effective support & development in managing their performance.
•Define, agree and implement throughout their region, the necessary strategies and processes in respect of performance targets.
•Ensure own region operates in a compliant manner and adheres to relevant regulatory requirements.
•Understand the local business drivers and issues that have an impact on branch performance.
•Maximize performance of Branch Managers and their teams by identifying and development and training needs, and ensure coaching or delivery of training takes place.

ادارة المنطقة الشرقية بعدد 58 فرع وبجملة اوراق قبض قرابة ال خمسة مليارات ريال وبعدد موظفين 580 موظف .
حيث كانت مسئوليتي كمدير عام للمنطقة الشرقية وضع الخطط السنوية لادارة البيع والتحصيل وتوفير الموظفين وتدريبهم وما يلزمهم من تطوير ومتابعة لتحقيق الخطط الموضوعة وفق السياسات والقوانين .
كما ان تنسيق العلاقة مع كل من القطاعات المرتبطة بذلك من حكومية وموردين وعملاء وشركاء .......ايضا كانت من لب وجوهر المسؤولية الواقعة على عاتقي .
حيث تمكنا وبفضل من الله خلال السنوات العشر الاخيرة من تطوير الشركة وايصالها الى المراتب العليا بالمقارنة بمثيلاتها ان كان من حيث القوة المالية او المبيعات والاهم هو نسبة المتاخرات التي لم تتجاوز النسبةالممتازة والمعيار العالمي وهو 2% من اوراق القبض ( ولنا الفخر ان كانت المنطقة المدارة من قبلنا "الشرقية " الافضل بيعا وتحصيلا اذ حققت ارقام فلكية ونمو منقطع النظير .
