Public Relations (PR) Responsibilities
• Drafted, translated, and proofread press releases in Arabic and
English. Over 200 press releases published across major
newspapers and online platforms in Kuwait.

strategy that separated online content from formal press releases, leading to more diverse and frequent updates.

• Revamped the inter-departmental request system to create a

• Responsible for official bilingual correspondence with external

Marketing Responsibilities
• Played a key role in the full rebranding overhaul during the
transition from Australian College of Kuwait to Australian University; conducted physical and digital audits to ensure consistent brand identity application.
• Organized and systematized marketing materials storerooms;
implemented a new inventory tracking system and a return protocol with other departments to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Managed content for 16 digital screens across campus;
collaborated with departments and designers to deliver timely, relevant, and engaging marketing content targeting current and prospective students.
• Contributed creative input to the annual university advertising
campaign (for 7 years in a row) targeting prospective students and expanded audience focus beyond traditional segments; in addition to providing input to different CSR projects and university events.
• Coordinated regularly with suppliers and oversaw graphic
designers to ensure timely production of merchandise and branded promotional and gift items aligned with university standards.
• Facilitated university merchandise sales through direct
engagement with students and alumni. Repurposed select giveaway merchandise into sale items generating additional revenue and increasing student engagement with university branding.
