• Coordinate internally (with Purchasing and Supply Chain departments) and externally (with the supplier) to solve any dispute/issue and ensure execution is in line with agreed on policies/agreements• تنسيق داخليا (مع الاقسام الداخلية) وخارجياً حل أي نزاع وضمان التنفيذل السياسات والاتفاقات الخاصة بالمنشأة
• Issue debit / credit notes to suppliers, customers and affiliated companies, and handles the related accounts • إصدار الخصومات/الائتمان المذكرات للموردين والعملاء والشركات التابعة لها.
• Execute reconciliation of the general ledger accounts with sub-ledgers (should be familiar with all accounts) مطابقة جميع الحسابات واستخراج الارصدة الرئيسية والفرعية.
• Handles tasks related to the monthly accounting closing processes and accrual/provisions procedures (e.g. price compensation, rebate, returns to vendors etc...)
• يعالج المهام المتصلة بالمحاسبة الشهرية إجراءات العمليات والاستحقاق/أحكام إغلاق (مثلاً سعر التعويض، الخصم، وترجع إلى البائعين إلخ...)
• Good knowledge and experienced in other accounting areas such as Receivables, Fixed Assets, bank reconciliation and Payroll.حسابات المرتبات والعملاء والموردين والمخزون والاصول.
• Preparation of some micro programs by Microsoft excel to accomplish some of tasks which doing it very difficult by manual working.اعداد قوائم وبرامج محاسبية بواسطة اكسيل للمساعدة فى السيطرة وتوضيح بعض العمليات التى يصعب اتمامها بواسطة البرامج المحاسبية.
