Planning, organizing, managing overall staff and the daily operations that systems and networks are running
smoothly to ensure stability of IT Operations.
Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and processes to improve IT operations and increase

Evaluating and implementing new technologies and systems that improve IT infrastructure and support the
organization's business goals.
Hiring, developing, and retaining highly responsive and customer focused engineers to ensure the effective
operation of the NOC.
Leading a team of IT professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their
goals and objectives.
Maintaining a strong understanding of the organization's business needs and working closely with other
departments to ensure that IT is aligned with those needs.
Ensuring that the organization's IT policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with industry
standards and company regulations.
Managing IT budget and purchasing recommendations and capacity planning in order to provide a steady,
cost-effective infrastructure to meet the availability demands of the organization's financial goals.
Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and developments in IT operations management.
Assess system performance and recommend improvements.
Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via help desk.
Gathering information appropriately to develop an accurate understanding of customer technology infrastructure
To understand organization and departmental strategy and agree information systems solutions to meet needs.
Maintain an awareness of business solutions particularly in the area of IT Operations Management
Lead in designing, specifying and selecting information IT Operations Management solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.
Develop and maintain a model of Amnesty’s current and future IT Operations Management Architecture.
Lead the organization in exploiting technology and use knowledge of IT solutions to drive organizational change and support business process design.
Understand and support to software architecture design and support development team in developing solution and prepare business cases for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, licenses, development and support Work with the Project Managers and Business Analysts to develop high level project schedule resource plans for implementation projects
