The Analysis of prices of major SKU’s in the fruits and vegetables section at Reliance Fresh in Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.
Assessment of the performance of Reliance Fresh stores in Bangalore and Mysore (75 stores) was conducted. Data required for the assessment was collected from SAP.
Planogram Creation- As a recommendation after the consumer behavior study, I led the initiative to create a planogram for the Reliance Fresh stores at Bangalore and Mysore (75 stores).
Market Study- Conducted a market study and analysis of the various competitors for Reliance Fresh and provided recommendations for increasing the footfalls.
Truck Load Optimization for Fruits and Vegetable- Developed a model that gives the optimized truckload for Fruits and Vegetables with varying values of demand for crates per store in Bangalore.
Coordinate with the “Mango Mela”- Spearheaded the increase in sales in the Mango Mela along with 12 interns.
