Responsibilities:
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
Prepares project (TOD) turn over documentation.
Review of construction method statements and procedures.
Monitoring and involve in planning for MED & MSF Evaporator fabrication.
Assisting in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
Site work progress & prepares Daily, weekly and monthly progress report of the status of each assignment.
Preparing MOM and involve in the weekly meeting with Subcontractor & consultant.
To check the Bill of Material (Material Take Off) as per drawing for ensuring requirements are realistically quantified as per scope and budget and follow up the delivery of the project/construction materials.
Liaising with engineering (design team) to ensure deliverable like project materials and equipments meet construction requirements.
Liaising with engineering team for design issue as per site requirement.
Preparation of as built drawing and test packs.
To study the vendor manuals for monitoring the materials delivery and ensuring all inspection of material/equipment as per vendor specification.
Monitoring and executing of piping installation (GRP, GRE, GRV, S.S, C.S....etc.).
Responsible in pre-commissioning Punch listing of mechanical and I&C.
Involved in Mechanical clearance certificate (MCC).
Develop maintenance and provide technical assistance and trouble-shooting support for all equipment.
Controlling the fabrication of evaporator structure.
Preparing test pack & hydro test circuit.
Checking of Hydrostatic/Pneumatic testing arrangements & conducting the same test, flushing done as per standards.
Pipe line inspection including Hydro-Test, Pneumatic-Test
Inspection of blasting and painting.
Inspection of welding (preparation of welding joint, visual inspection, NDT and PMI test).
Review equipment specifications, documents and drawings.
Inspection of pump and valve installation and any mechanical device.
