Organizing, Planning, Managing, Guiding and Supervising Purchasing department tasks with the collaboration of the team in order to insure the implementation of the office quality standards.
Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.
Send them to the suppliers.
Review inventories and order as required.
Interact with the suppliers on day to day basis.
Review deliveries against orders.
Track the status of any order.
Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged materials. Ensure all invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
Development of the Company is marketing materials ( Company profile, website, magazine)
Planning, Managing and executing the company work shop events.
Placing needed stationary orders with securing the delivery on time.
Commercial Specialist beverage solutions( Nescafé Coffee Machines)
• Deliver on the sales targets by category; meet the set budgets while tracking performance and taking corrective actions for underperforming machines. Aspire to have the Perfect Store executed by channel adhering to Nestlé Professional guidelines
• Build and manage key customer relationship for sustainable business growth, executing customer plans. Implement effective spend strategy, optimizing leads generation process via trade shows, telesales, direct contact, etc.
• Coach and provide regular feedback and recognition Beverage Service Partners (BSP) team focusing on machine detailing and hygiene standards
• Execute the planning cycle by efficiently driving the integration of trade assets into the Monthly Business Planning Cycle. As well as guaranteeing its preparation, distribution, installation, withdrawal, maintenance, rebranding, custody and destruction processes to meet NP Beverage market execution plan and integrated commercial plan
• Align with third party suppliers on the Trade assets Management related activities, in alignment with the NP Trade Assets Management Best Practices
• Implement the Trade Assets Management Best Practices and develop operations team in the region
• Align with our Beverage Service Partners and report identified KPIs, such as the accomplishment of installation and maintenance program, and control Trade Assets in order to guarantee the end cup profile; maintain Installation and Withdrawal contracts
• Ensure proper stock supply through accurate monthly forecast, manage sell out from BSP to operators, spare parts inventory, and monitor the level of bad goods returns
Out of home Service, Business offices were my main responsibility in terms of
developing the relation and sales with existing customers beside hiring a new
customers and join them to Nestle Professional coffee machine community.
Starting from Jan 2015 to August 2015 in this period I was able to increase
number of customers from 80 to 160 customer in the business offices sector,
which add a new challenge and responsibility on my shoulder by making me
responsible for Nestle Key Accounts customers.
Sales Training Academy provided us with the theoretical and practical program in
order to prepare us for the field sales experience. the competition conducted
between 12 candidates I was one of the 4 candidates who were chosen by nestle
to start a full time job with nestle team in the head office.
