Overall directing and controlling Section activities, processes, and operations.
• Introduce FM through IBM-Maximo to manage work/contracts, assets, and
inventory along with procurement processes in a real time platform
updated data base
• Planning engineering, budgeting, procurement management, supervision
engineering, project management, facilities management i.e. reactive and
proactive operations, manpower, helpdesk, emergency unit and stores.
• Ensure that FM & Projects develops successful operational strategies,
policies, and procedures in line with the operational requirement to ensure
well Maintenance the facilities & Services as well as managing the
manpower and outsource resources.
• Create overall yearly FM & projects budget for various facility needs and
expenses. Preparation of yearly budget for reactive/ proactive / major
replacement or upgrading / remedial & rectification actions / of different
building services equipment
• Directing efficiently the operation of facilities management FM & building
services maintenance Unit, formulating, and implementing best FM &
maintenance strategies to preserve building services and fabric in best
condition.
• Manage Cleaning services and office support staff
• Waste management to meet government goals and reducing non-
recyclable waste below 20 percent
• keeping and maintenance of buildings to ensure that they meet health and
safety standards and the legal requirements.
• Provide Proper assets management, meanwhile managing the FM budgets,
verifying quantities of work done, and keeping records of all completed
works and approved payments.
