Job Description:
Product line- Drilling Services - Planning/ Assembly/ Disassembly (Mud motors/ Modular motors/ Steering Unit/ Electronic module)
• Communicate with operation to plan the tools.
• Review and Planning for materials (spare parts).
• Process the statues for the material.
• Performing repair cost estimate (RCE) report.
• Auditing about estimated cost with actual cost.
• Update maintenance price for subcomponents that maintain intercompany and labor cost each month to be accurate.
• Reviewing the materials (spare parts) and managing stocks with the inventory team.
• Summarize the fleet status for each configuration and parts requirements.
• Managing upcoming jobs.
• Support reliability-engineering team.·
• Troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Review procedures for assembly, disassembly and test verification accuracy.
• Analyze and interpret data from environmental tests and troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Test and evaluate the performance, and if required, repair general purpose test equipment.
• Inspection and disposition of parts and equipment.
• Compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.
• Assist in the set-up of experiments and the recordings of experimental data in collaboration with Engineering and Reliability groups.
• Provide coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence.
• Assess the technicians and provide competence certificates to them.
