Successfully managed 2 plants of Amiantit, Jeddah, Fiberglass Pipe Industries and polyolefin piping system plant, with a
turnover of around SAR 150 million and total capacity of 60, 000 tons.

• Centralized Chemicals Distribution, handling and disposal, reducing chemicals consumption and by a percent that reached
26% in some areas. Drastically reduced cost through Raw Material Consumption control and optimization.
Key Responsibilities as Designation:
• Directs & monitor the operation to achieve performance against standards and annual and monthly budgets
• Assuring that all efficiencies are being achieved with improvement and all possible recertification process( operational and
Raw Material).
• Prepare engineering specifications and cost estimate for projects in all categories of capital expenditure, especially related to
process, production and fabrication department plus maintenance dept.
• Providing and advising on equipment and facility needs for new and modified products.
• Follow up for executions of Profit improvement programs for all phase of the plant.
• Recommend the plant machinery upgrading and follow-up execution of upgrading work with close monitoring.
• Audit and control the process on different production lines to ensure the optimum usage of raw material with highest quality.
• Making analysis, work procedures and feasibility studies for machine upgradation to increase plant capacity.
• Used the value stream mapping Technique to organize information flow and drastically reduce rework in repair by controlling
production quality.
• Optimized manpower by 8% in fabrication and production by improving process flow and creating work stations that served several fittings at the same time.
• Applying Inventory Management procedure to control wastage and scraps in production.
• Regularly follow up with Safety Officer about improving the work environments to high level of Safety factors
• Successfully managed 3 plants of Amiantit, Jeddah, Dammam and polyolefin piping system plant, as Quality Manager and MR.
• Achieved certification of Amiantit Fiberglass Industries Limited, Jeddah and Amiantit polyolefin piping System (APPSCO), by Aramco, for the quality system and to be Approved ARAMCO Approved Vendor.
• Achieved SASO Certification for APPSCO,
• Implemented Jeddah storm drainage project along with Aramco with great success in Jeddah and Dammam plants.
• Arranged certification of both Jeddah and Dammam plants in NSF, UL & FM quality systems by proper implementation of the requirements.
• Successfully created an installation training program of three days and completed the training of 5 batches of installers and site engineers. Course included induction, 2 hour theoretical lecture, 2 day hand on installation training and a final exam witnessed and certified by TUV.
• Lead teams at 3 plants of the company by providing guidance on implementation of plans and strategies, monitor and review performance to achieve set targets.
• Ensure compliance to project specifications set up at the beginning of the projects by proper implementation process and periodic inspections of the 3 assigned plants.
• Plan, organize and conduct training programs for all the employees and engineers in quality specifications, systems and project related quality standards.
• Ensure organization wide compliance, as a management representative, with the procedures and documentation required for ISO 9000, ISO 14000 quality systems and other international certifications and standard systems, such as NSF, FM & UL.
• Set up proper reporting systems from all company plants on daily basis to manage the plants, define critical and key performance parameters to facilitate performance assessment.
• Plan implementation of proper independent quality audit of the sources of material supply, manufacturing process, quality procedures by principal raw material suppliers for their certification on periodic basis.
• Arrange proper raw materials quality qualification by introduction of self certification with quality test reports submitted by the sources of raw materials supply.
• Organize and arrange auditing of all the activities of the plants, scrutinize and discuss the audit points with the plant teams and auditors for acceptance and finalization of action plans for improvement.
• Achieved certification of Amiantit Fibreglass Industries Limited, Dammam, by Aramco, for the quality system.
• Successfully upgraded all laboratory equipment up-gradation to international standards by proper planning, budgeting and replacement.
• As a management representative, ensured implementation of documentation systems and procedures, for certification of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000, NSF, FM and UL quality systems and standards, in the Dammam plant.
• Followed up with the plant for conformance to quality specifications as per customer orders as well as to projects specifications.
• Laid down and implemented quality control procedures and systems for all stages of manufacturing of fiberglass and polyethylene products, from input materials to finished products.
• Coordinated flow of quality information from all the plants to manage quality of all fiberglass and polyethylene products manufactured across the plants.
• Established system of qualification of raw materials on the basis of self-certification by suppliers based on their quality procedures and test results.
• Arranged auditing of quality systems of the plant to identify scope for improvement, worked out action plans for compliance with audit findings and implemented the same.
• Organized audit of quality control laboratory infrastructure, record keeping, testing standards and based on findings, initiated action plans for upgrades.
Achieved success in certification of different type of joints by Bureau Veritas in glass reinforced pipes manufactured by
centrifugal casting by C Tech Limited.
• Successfully established inspection and testing plans tailor made for each specific plant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensured compliance with quality systems, procedures and standards to meet finished products specifications for all poly
ethylene and fibre glass reinforced plastic products in both the plants.
• Implemented detailed system of testing of raw materials by checking quality test results and introducing latest systems and
procedures.
• Arranged certification of new introduction of poly propylene, poly ethylene and jacking pipes by appropriate certifying
authorities.
• Prepared sampling procedures and sampling plans and inspection and quality testing procedures for all the plants for
implementation.
• Maintained calibration schedules of all laboratory instruments, ensured their timely calibration and maintained proper
records of calibration.
Successfully achieved attestation of laboratory by Bureau Veritas by complying with all the requirements.
• Developed quality control manual for polyethylene pipes and fittings from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carried out routine testing of raw materials, by drawing samples as per sampling plans, maintained records of tests and
qualified supplies as accepted/ rejected.
• Was responsible for quality control of poly ethylene products by ensuring compliance with the test procedures at all stages
of manufacturing.
• Ensured proper demarcation and segregation of non conforming products so that they do not get mixed up by accepted and
approved products.
• Coordinated with external agencies responsible for maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments so that they were
made available in good condition.
• Checked calibration of instruments as per calibration schedule, liaised with external agencies responsible for calibration and
maintained proper records.
Visited customers regularly and held discussions to identify their future requirements as well as collection of quality feedback
supplies.
• Negotiated prices, based on list prices and approved discount rates and finalized orders with customers for delivery of
products as per customers’ requirements.
• Was responsible for sales and marketing activities of instruments, their installation and calibration as per schedule to provide
customer satisfaction.
• Arranged complete chemical analysis of water, chemical effluent testing to determine requirements of flame photometers,
spectrophotometers for the customers.
• Organized demonstration of flame photometers, spectrometers at convenient locations to convince and sell the products to
the customers.

equipment.
Responsible for development of new recipes for food products and ensured that new products are developed, produced and
launched in the market as per new recipes.
• Monitored daily production plan, ensured that all inputs are available in stock and checked machine condition and manpower
availability to fulfill production plan.
• Reviewed inventory of raw materials, coordinated with procurement department for timely replenishment of stocks and
optimum inventory holding.

section.
