•Currently working as Solutions/project Analyst, responsible critical migrations from UAE contact center to Frankfurt and London Contact center. I liaise closely with teams in Hungary, Poland and UK. Served as a sole point of contact and Subject Matter expert for VOICE/VOIP equipments managing key changes during DR1, DR2 and implementation stage for this project.
•Initiating critical RFC’s (Request for Change), UAT, PAT for complex implementations and update the Incident Ticket management system adhering to ITIL best practices..
•Responsible for Project Management and Call Center Integration of Flagship Project Rainbow during which the entire Voice infrastructure was re-engineered with new dial plan and conventional DCP Phones were being migrated to IP-Phones. More than 1000+ users were migrated to the newly deployed core Enterprise platform during this slated cutover.
•Analysis of complex designs and providing key end to end voice and data solutions, confined to AVAYA and CISCO with profound understanding of advanced configurations on routers and firewalls (ASA, Sonicwall).
•Integrating voice/data solutions with Citi In-house applications like SONAR, IVR applications confined to different platforms like Citrix.
•Analyzing voice traffic using NETFLOW, Wire shark, QOS Analysis. Analysis of logs using the SYSLOG, SNMP, RSPAN and IP-SLA to get to the root cause of issues upon Major system failure.
•Strong understanding of TCP/IP Protocol. Schedule back-ups for Business critical systems like the Media servers and customize the configurations as per the Business requirements
•Analysis of the design documents (SPCC, Business Requirement Definition; BRD’s) and providing the most optimized solution.
•Awarded “Star Employee of the Month” by Citi for deployment of CMS in the Telemarketing Department at Citi.
•Basic understanding of Oracle DBMS administration, MS exchange, File servers and Active directory.
•Strong knowledge of project management including research, cost analysis, disaster recovery and business continuity planning
•Familiar with scripting languages like PERL, Python. Shell scripting (SED/AWK), Linux/Unix.
• Executed various Telecom Projects at various level right from Site Survey, detail design engineering, and Implementation up to Handing over Activities.
• Site Survey and listing down the exact Requirements, Project Planning and Deployment, Preparing the Hand-over documents on the Project Completion, Health Check, Monthly AMC Visits, Pre-sales, pricing.
• Perform telecommunications analysis and develop appropriate system concepts and layouts, Writing Shell/PERL scripts in Linux/Unix platforms to integrate with the third party systems. Familiar with Load Balancing Techniques, Failover configuarions in CISCO/AVAYA.
• Conversant with Installation and Trouble-shooting of Avaya Servers 83xx, 84xx, 87xx (HP DL-360 G7 servers), G430/G450/G650 Media-Gateways, Communication Manager (CM 6), Sessions Manager (For the SIP End points) and the System-manager
• Conduct testing and implement configurations on Cisco routers and switches 26xx, 35xx, 49xx, 65xx, 76xx
• Other Skills include configuring IP Trunks, IP phones, SIP, AES (Application Enablement Services), Troubleshooting TOMCAT/SSL Configuration in AES, Vector Programming, ACR Recording solutions from Verint and DGVOX.
• Configuring DS1 link for ISDN-PRI and third party Integration with Micro-soft and other clients.
• Configuring failovers for Avaya Servers including LSP's (Local Survivable Processors) and ESS (Enterprise survivable servers), AES, Server Duplication.
• Configuring the Messaging (CMM) -Pre-Embedded with the CM6.
• Familiar with BGP, IGP, OSPF configurations.

• I was also well appreciated for the Academic Excellence during this tenure and was awarded Certificate of Excellence Presented by Mr Steve Sanghi, CEO, Micro-Chip.
• Presented two research papers working with senior scientists from the Infosys LABS. One of the Designs were adopted by Avionics unit of National Aerospace Laboratory (NAL) India and listed in the leading EDN journals in India.

•Started of my career as a Trainee/intern and gradually handled responsibilities of Designing IT infrastructure solutions for Small and Medium Enterprises.
•During my stint with this organization, I was placed with Reliance Communication, A leading ISP in India. worked as L2 support Engineer supporting Avaya and CISCO voice systems and Servers.
•All changes made were in line with ITIL framework and details updated in organization specific ticketing tool.
•Basic understanding of Oracle DBMS administration, MS exchange, File servers and Active directory.
