Infrastructure, Concrete, and Structural Steel.
- Review of all project specifications, documents and drawings on award of contract.
- Define scope of works, projects deliverables, contractual obligations and areas of concerns.
- Develop and execute the operations projects with project engineers and managers including engineering, procurement, EPCM, and external construction management consultants.
- Participate in preparing the Project Overall Schedule with all related activities.
- Participate in project functions included Project Management, Site Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc.
- Coordinate between all project participating to meet the project goals.
- Reviewing all incoming documents, drawings and change order requests, evaluating their impact on the project time and budget, submitting related extension of time and cost claims.
- Review all issued drawings and documents to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Review of all documents submittals and material submittals as per project requirements.
- Monitor material procurement and usage to avoid any possible shortfalls during fabrication or execution.
- Follow fabrication, delivery and execution plans, monitoring their progress towards completion of works.
- Monitoring sub-contractor progress insuring completion of works with in Project schedule and budget.
- Prepare activities resources plan and ensure its consistency with Project schedule and budget.
- Monitoring site progress and execution of works against project schedule and budget.
- Ensure invoices are issued as per contract terms.
- Ensure safety and QA/QC programs are established by all parties and maintained and conduct reviews of detailed design drawing and specifications.
- Preparing all required progress reports for client and management review.
- Negotiating claims and final commercial settlement with clients.
Concrete and Finishing.
- Review the design and related IFC Drawings prior to the project’s commencement to verify its consistency and raise any related ambiguities for discussion with the Direct Manager.
- Manage and control all site activities and coordinate between activities as per construction standard and project priorities.
- Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people.
- Preparing weekly and daily target schedules for all type of activities.
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
- Review requirements of the specification and relevant standards and ensure understandings and compliance of work done with the specified requirements
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
Structural Steel erection(installation)
- Participate in any EHS document required to tasks in site according to company EHS Policies (Method of statements, lifting plan, job hazard analysis, risk assessment, etc.).
- Review the design and related IFC drawings prior to the Project's commencement to verify its consistency and raise any related ambiguities for discussion with the Direct Manager.
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Review and create submittals (shop drawings, materials, proposals, As-built and etc.).
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Coordinate with Quality Control Department schedule of Inspections/tests and take any corrective action if required.
- Study zone drawings in order to prepare Material, Equipment and Man-hours requirements list based on project priorities and time schedule and make a daily visual inspection for any equipment, and tools.
- Ensure manpower is working according to the company EHS policies and regulations, and fully aware of their job risk assessment and environmental aspects.
- Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people.
- Manage day-to-day site issues, supervise team in responsible area to perform the required job efficiency by allocate material & manpower.
Execute New Factories, renovation and refurnishing factories (Steel, Civil & Electromechanical).
- Complete understanding for business need, and create the case study.
- Uncover initial requirements, assumptions, risk constraint and existing agreements.
- Assess Project and product feasibility within the given constrains.
- Determine detailed requirements.
- Create project scope statements.
- Assess what to purchase and create procurement documents.
- Create WBS, activity list, network diagram with Estimate for time and cost.
- Manage the work between craw, contractor, subcontractors, and or consultant.
- Measure performance against performance baseline.
- Determine if variances warrant a corrective action or other change request.
- Influence the factors that cause changes.
- Handing over the project completed to the production managers.
