Working in Ma'aden Aluminium Project (Client Side), in Project Department in Ras Alkair, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia through SEPAM Saudi Arabia, undertaking the following responsibilities:
1. Electrical As-built completion (Single Lines Diagrams, Schemetic Diagrams, LCC Panels, SBs, MCCs .. etc).
2. Clarify Cross-references by using Cable set-route list and cable termination list.
3. Revise as-built drawings submitted by vendors.
3. Collecting all Electrical Drawings including but not limited to list of single lines and control schematics files as well as P&ID Drawings.
2. Retrieve all single lines, schematics, and P&ID's for DCC Department.
3. Retrieve all Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematics for an area, and certain layouts for material handling systems for control schematic cross references.
4. Record all vendor print numbers on spreadsheet and DCC system.
5. Retrieve (Set-route) cable schedules that show cross references.
6. Determine whether some drawing numbers need to be added to print, make red mark-ups.
7. Using AutoCAD as well as Acrobat Professional to make appropriate revision work.
8. When drawing complete, print two copies of each and populate books to be references.
9. Electrical Commissioning.
Assigned for SEPAM Job that awarded in SADARA Project and I was involved to help the procurement manager to prepare Electrical BOQ and RFQ according to project estimations and client specifications.
* Working in Recruitment Team and involved in the following activities:
- sourcing and Tracking candidates through recruitment agencies, career fairs, on-campus recruiting, Linkedin, employee referrals and other sources to ensure the availability of a qualified personals.
- Perform data entry activities with respect to prospective candidates
- Assist in screening and short listing candidates and coordinate interviews and any other required testing
- Formatting resumes as per Company format and providing them with technical points to submit them to the clients.
- Coordinate between candidates and KCG departments regarding interview scheduling, offers and candidate feedback
Maintain & solve people’s issues.
* Providing Technical assistance for all Office Staff such as IT issues and Translation between English-Arabic.
* Preparing the DLR of all branches around the country and coordinate effectively with other people who are in-charge in all Company's Sites and Branches.
*Provide assistance during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
*Provide technical support and assistance within the Electrical and Instrumentation team and liaise with the project team.
*Communicate effectively with the discipline team.
*Provide assistance with design alterations.
*Maintain and update electrical and instrument drawing register
*Completion of “as built” drawings.
*Inspection.
