To manage effective implementation of Organizational QHSE Management System.
Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for Business.
Responsible for documentation control and management of internal ISO 9001, ISO 14001 7 ISO 45001 audits to ensure compliance to QHSE standards and ISO 17021 (Conformity assessment - certification bodies).
To conduct QHSE Management System External Audits.
Report on key performance indicators (KPI’s) to adhere to the process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the system.
Follow up for the non-conformities identified (if any) and corrective actions required to process the audit report.
To identify Business potential and convert the leads into opportunities.
Review tenders prepare quotations/contracts, presentations, Host/attend meetings, planning/scheduling and create project plans to ensure effective project execution within stipulated time.
To manage the operational activities of ISO certifications and trainings.
To evaluate client details and calculate the audit man-days required based on IAF (International Accreditation Forum) MD-5 and other IAF documents.
Delegate task to appropriate audit team to ensure completion of audit process as per ISO & SGS global system procedures.
Have managed more than 150 companies and their ISO certification/training processes delivering 100% of my projects on time.
Support other functional areas such as Business services and Procurement (Preparing Purchase orders, Invoices etc.)
To lead a team of 10-15 machine operators ensuring all aero-structural parts are produced as per desired specifications.
➢ Review & analyze product design, covey the design to appropriate operators incorporating data to the machine system for effective outcome.
➢ Hands on experience on VMC & HMC Machines (Vertical/Horizontal Machining Centers)
➢ To ensure all the parts produced are inspected as per the inspection checklist at planned frequency.
➢ Develop process improvement to effectively utilize equipment and material to maximize production.
➢ Implement quality tools such 5S’s, Kaizen, SPC (Statistical Process Control) etc. to optimize production
and reduce waste.
➢ To ensure sequence of operations to machine as per the production plan to promote efficient
utilization of resources by determining the work center, tooling, and fixture for the component to
manufacture.
➢ Create & Maintain overall equipment efficiency for continues improvement by evaluating availability,
performance & quality to achieve intended production results.
➢ To reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions on
the production floor.
➢ To lead in production of FAI (First article inspection) parts targeting to achieve product specifications in
1st attempt following required productions.
➢ Have produced multiple structural aero components of Airbus, Boeing, Honeywell etc.
➢ Have recognized for improving overall equipment effectiveness from 63% to 71% by effectively utilizing
manpower, material etc.
