Ensure that Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within HOTECC are
in place and continuously complied with.
 Coordinate and lead quality audit programs, internal IMS audits, ensuring adherence to all relevant
standards and regulations.
 Evaluate audit findings, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to
address non-conformities and improve overall compliance.
 Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, providing thorough analysis and resolution
strategies.
 Collect, compile, and analyze statistical data to identify trends and areas for improvement in QHSE
performance.
 Report QHSE performance metrics and trends to the management team, highlighting significant issues that
could impact business performance and recommending solutions.
 Identify training needs and organize targeted training interventions to ensure adherence to quality and
safety standards. Successfully conducted IMS orientation, awareness, and continual improvement training
sessions for employees at all levels within the organization.
 Plan, identify, and implement key projects aimed at enhancing quality and standards across the organization.
 Develop and coordinate the Performance Excellence/Performance Improvement Plan, driving continuous
improvement initiatives.
 Provide management with comprehensive updates, feedback, and reports on QHSE audit outcomes, key
responsibilities, and objectives.
 Liaise with other departments and functions within the organization to develop and standardize QHSE
procedures and standards.
 Perform additional duties as assigned by the department head/supervisor, contributing to the overall
improvement of company operations.
 Ensure the integration of innovative concepts and continual improvement initiatives to enhance the work
domain and company operations.

 To manage effective implementation of Organizational QHSE Management System.
 Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for Business.
 Responsible for documentation control and management of internal ISO 9001, ISO 14001 7 ISO 45001 audits to ensure compliance to QHSE standards and ISO 17021 (Conformity assessment - certification bodies).
 To conduct QHSE Management System External Audits.
 Report on key performance indicators (KPI’s) to adhere to the process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the system.
 Follow up for the non-conformities identified (if any) and corrective actions required to process the audit report.
 To identify Business potential and convert the leads into opportunities.
 Review tenders prepare quotations/contracts, presentations, Host/attend meetings, planning/scheduling and create project plans to ensure effective project execution within stipulated time.
 To manage the operational activities of ISO certifications and trainings.
 To evaluate client details and calculate the audit man-days required based on IAF (International Accreditation Forum) MD-5 and other IAF documents.
 Delegate task to appropriate audit team to ensure completion of audit process as per ISO & SGS global system procedures.
 Have managed more than 150 companies and their ISO certification/training processes delivering 100% of my projects on time.
 Support other functional areas such as Business services and Procurement (Preparing Purchase orders, Invoices etc.)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and procurement, to ensure
materials and resources are available for production.
 Monitor and adjust production schedules based on changing priorities, resource availability, and production
capacity.
 Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource
utilization.
 Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline production flow and increase throughput.
 Conduct time studies and work closely with operators to identify opportunities for process improvement and
implement lean manufacturing principles.
 Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications for aerospace components.
 Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and perform root cause analysis to address quality
issues.
 Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain high product quality and minimize
nonconformities.
 Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the
manufacturing process.
