•To set and disseminate production and performance targets based on high level company target.
•To recruit, train, motivate and manage divisional sales structure in order to achieve production and performance targets.
•To leverage skills and expertise from other areas of the business to develop and maintain the retail channel offering and competitiveness.
•To develop incentive and promotional campaigns for staff, clients and as online promotional campaigns within budget for profitable business returns.
•To develop and deliver against channel distribution plan.
•To manage channel within budgets, company policy and external rules and regulations.
•To drive the development of the end to end proposition and sales process and contribute to retail product development to meet the needs of the channel and deliver against channel distribution plan.
•To analyze, report and manage channel distribution performance.
•To identify and manage new business opportunities.
•To assist in the development of ART online communication strategy.
•To ensure personal and channel knowledge in relation to ART products and services is kept at the highest possible standard.
•To ensure ART is represented at all times at the highest professional standard in terms of client contact, PR and visual displays that fall to channel.
•To ensure generation or provision of leads and channel sales process in terms of lead identification, follow up, sale or outcome.
•To attend networking events when required for the promotion of ART and lead generation efforts.
•To maximize client retention / persistency by ensuring professional sales processes, disclosure and governance supported by client defined fulfillment, satisfaction, relationship and complaint management processes.
•To ensure channel acts at all times with due care, diligence, integrity and ethics.
•To be aware of and ensure adherence by channel to legal, CCB and company policies/requirements in all activities.
•To ensure divisional prioritization of work load to maximize profitable business results.
1. Ensure that the Branch programs are planned & implemented
as per the Company’s Strategic Plan & the good
Understanding of local insurance market, including
organization requirements.
2. Ensure that the defined targets are met promptly.
3. Ensure all Audits take place smoothly and all statutory
compliance requirements applicable to the branch
are met appropriately.
4. Prepare the Annual Program and Budget (monthly) and Report
(Weekly, Monthly) of the Branch.
5. Lead, train, recruit, coach & develop the Branch team to improve
their personal performance & to meet the Business objectives.
6. Motivate team for growth in business generation.
7. Take part in the selection/recruitment of Unit Managers & MEs.
8. Inform Higher Management in case of any malpractices or
changes in the laid procedures or protocols.
9. Ensure proper cleanliness, safety and security of the Branch
properties & assets.
10. Manage operating costs & supervise day to day branch
operations
