1. Project Description: Al-Qasr is located in Al-Swaidi \[suburb\] of Riyadh and is divided into five zones,
which will comprise approximately 3, 054 residential units, retail facilities and one commercial mall. The
development is designed to cater to the middle income segment of the population and to house approximately
13, 000 people. Al-Qasr comprises four types of villas, and 16 types of apartments.Due to the scale of the project
and expected high number of inhabitants, Dar Al-Arkan is also developing its first commercial mall as part of the Al
-Qasr project in zone 5. The land area for the mall is 65, 196 square metres, while the built up area will be 167, 878
square metres. The total expected investment value for the mall is SR987 million.
Project Description: Al Qasr Mall, one of Dar Al Arkan's major projects in Riyadh, is located to the south of
downtown Riyadh, just off King Fahd road. It was inaugurated in 2013 and soon became a major lifestyle and
shopping destination in the capital. A family destination by choice, Al Qasr Mall often hosts various entertainment
and awareness programs coupled with exciting giveaways.
Al Qasr Mall has an advanced design in its architecture and facilities, on par with international standards. The
total area of the building is about 250, 000 sq.m while the leasing area is 85, 000 sq.m. It consists of four floors with
more than 350 retail stores and a parking capacity for 1, 846 cars, as well as 35, 000 sq.m of open spaces that
make spacious interior corridors in Al Qasr Mall.Al Qasr Mall was awarded " The Best Commercial Project " in
2013 for its strategic location in Riyadh, as well as for bringing a selection of famous brands, in addition to the
exterior design of the Mall, which is the largest advertising interface and state-of-the-art building management
systems from Schneider International.
2. Project Description: Jeddah Waterfront Project represents one of JDURC's regenerationProjects. The
key objectives of the project are to transform Jeddah Water front area into a modern world-class destination and a
vibrantplace to visit, live, work and invest, and enable effective public accessand utilization by designing more
interactive public real space integrated with upgraded infrastructure networks and utilities.
JDURC has identified 6 prime areas where JDURC’s focus onrenovation and revitalization will act as catalyst for
commerce andtourism development; and thereby generate positive financial returnsfrom potential revenues;
