1. Logistics Assistant at 4Points group Oct. 2012 to July 2013

Responsibilities included but not limited to the following:
• Collaborating with other departments to plan, design, implement and evaluate
events.
• Making sure that all the events are done according to the polices of the project and meets the goal planed.
• Preparing all the formal documents and requests needed for an event and submitting it according to the procedures to get formal approvals.
• Performed GSP survey pre-test which reflected directly on the success of the project
• Facilitating USAID Governance Strengthening Project (GSP year 2)
• Coordinating to get mail from all the provinces to Baghdad and vice versa.
• Working with HR department finding Surveyors for USAID Primary Health Care
Project in Iraq (PHCPI) and interview them.
• Providing the logistical support to the 5 days training of (PHCPI) through calling the participants and follow-up with them, booking rooms for them, preparing for their
transportation from the hotel to Sally port then back to the garage.
• Providing logistical support to US embassy Alumni University project through: - Purchasing courses materials (Papers, pens, notebooks, laminations, etc )
- Managed printing & binding of course materials, making badges, attendance
sheet, preparing pens and notebooks.
- Coordinating with the Alumni to invite them to attend the course.
- Being responsible of all the facilities of the training center like the furniture,
computer center, Cafeteria (coffee break&lunch), and Building electricity.
- Video and photography documentation of the course.
- Putting the course's final report together.
- Archiving the project.
• Providing the Logistical support to American Corner Project through Inventory all the books, playaways and posters that have been sent from the embassy to the corners by 4Points group.
• Submit daily and weekly reports.
• Preparing for workshops like American Corners workshop or MEPI workshop from booking the room and to provide the logistical support at the workshop itself.
• Coordinating with finance department, getting money and getting receipts because all the projects listed above needed financial support.

Along with being a logistics assistant, I held the responsibility of managing
transportation department: • Supervise up to 3 drivers, divide the tasks upon them and set priorities for them.
