Joined the organisation in the role of Assistant Financial Controller responsible for the entire group finance management & reporting with a consolidated turnover of 100 Million Dollar per Year.
Preparing timely, monthly detailed & consolidated Financial Reports.
Manage & coordinating the day to day operations including Project Progress Billing, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, general ledger, project costing, inventory management, accruals, prepaid & cash flow management.
Achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
Assist with establishing financial policies, practices and procedures for the company in accordance with IFRS.
Data extraction from different tools/systems (SAP, Sage and others) and their consolidation
Facilitate VAT planning and preparation of Tax Declaration reports.
Provide supervision of the Interim & annual internal and external audits.
