1. WAQUAAT system : this application was analyzed for government organizations which cover all employee transactions and registration from his government organization side to the main pool of all employees information
2. Scholarship system : The application provide facility to employees of government sectors to send their scholarship requests and follow its status
3. Security system : system used as a login gate for all organization applications
4. E-Service : 9 electronic service published with organization portal(Inquiry and service demand)

• Dealing with database completely through stored procedures and functions
• Using Sql2008 as RDBMS
• Using Active Report as reporting tool
2- Implementing IVR System using Voice Guide program giving many service to citizens such as \[Bills inquiry, Ticket register, ticket inquiry\]
