Managing construction works in large Telecom roll out and turnkey projects. Key Responsibilities: * Individually managing all activities related to site sharing like site selection, getting design approvals and power upgrades with Mobily and Zain.
* Follow-up with Network design to acquire related documents like SAF's and TCC's.
* Coordinate with Design offices to prepare the SAF/design packages.
* Attend follow up meetings with Mobily and Zain
* Arrange for site handover from site acquisition department.
* Coordination with other departments within STC for various issues related to site sharing.
* Prepare and update various reports.

Key Responsibilities -
* Responsible for installation of Dual Generators and handover the DG's to O&M.
* Follow up daily progress of contractors and monitor time schedules.
* Attend weekly meetings with contractors and vendors to resolve their blocking issues.
* Carry out Inspection for new exchange buildings from foundation level to completion.
* Carry out Inspection for complete modifications of existing exchange buildings for all civil finishing and architectural works.
* Carry out site development inspections for tiling and asphalt works.
* Carry out inspections for trenches, manholes and duct banks prior to laying of fiber optic cables.
* Carry out inspections for assessment and development of Access roads
* Site visits to check Hold point inspections, preliminary acceptance test (PAT) final acceptance test (FAT) etc.

* Schedule daily site visits for civil team to attend surveys PISM, PAT and FAT inspections.
