• Visiting site for the measurement of works as completed and preparing cost reports.
• Preparing of monthly bills as per the progress of project.
• Checking sub contractors bills.

• Preparation of schedules for new items by comparing it with the original BOQ.
• Preparation of transfer schedule for the quantities of items which are more or less in the original BOQ for claiming the work executed on site.

• Preparation of summaries of quantities for Electrical & Mechanical works from the inspection reports (RFI) to be included in monthly bills.
• Updating the quantities as the changes done in project.

• Site inspection for civil construction works and ensure that the work is as per the project specification and approved shop drawings from the consultants

• Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.
