Manage all accounting transactions and Prepare budget forecasts
 Publish financial statements in time and handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
 Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely bank payments
 Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
 Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
 Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
 Audit financial transactions and documents
 Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
 Comply with financial policies and regulations
 Tracks and records expenses related to transportation, including fuel, maintenance, and labor costs.
 Maintain financial records for individual shipments and entire transportation fleets.
 Work closely with dispatchers and transportation managers to ensure accurate billing and payment for services.
 Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for operational improvements
