. At present working in TSC for maintaining HUAWEI Site Database in Huawei system Sim space which includes all the Project Survey Activities for all vendors( STC, Mobily, Zain)
. Right now handling the Project for STC Aspiration Survey, Mobily L+12 Project and Zain Ignite Phase-2.
. My work involves Managing all the Sub con Teams who are working with us for this Survey Activities which are meant for DB Update.
. Work start from assigning scope, execution field work, and maintaining daily Tracker for project delivery.
. Maintaining all the daily activities tracker for Sub con Teams, to ensure the PO issuance is totally benefitted to the Company.
Below mention work details are for STC Project Delivery which I did until mid of last Year 2018.
. Handling all the task for fulfillment of contract on PO level.
. Maintaining all the Excel Trackers related to Invoicing with PAC Reference.
. Checking and Accepting PAC documents and Billing related documents from Project management team.
. Preparing DCC and invoices as per customer approved BOQ’s in Invoice Management Tool.
. Billing and Revenue triggering for DU IDs related to PAC in ERP-PC.
. Getting all the Billing Approvals from PM and HQ and proceeding for Customer END User Approval.
. Having a customer interaction for all the Issues related to Invoicing and Billing Approvals. Any issues will find a solution with Customer to resolve it in a Professional possible way.
. Coordinating with Huawei Finance Team and Tracking the Invoice Approved by AMU till Payment.
. Maintaining all the Invoice related data in Server as per the PAC Name.
. Maintaining the Excel Trackers for all the Projects and create Project charter & Project plans.
. Also Worked as a Project PAT Coordinator for all the 4Gx Projects which includes (4G1, 4G3 (Phase 1 and 2), 4G5 (Phase 1 and 2), 4G6 & 4G7).
. Maintaining Complete Trackers for full scope under different projects (4G1, 4G3 (Phase 1 and 2), 4G5 (Phase 1 and 2), 4G6 & 4G7) starting from Scope received to PAT Closed.
. My work involves supervising the day to day tasks of multiple aspects regarding Project Delivery.
. Managing all the PAT Teams under me and assigning all the Activities from start to end of the Project.
. Maintaining the Excel Trackers for all the Projects and create Project charter & Project plans with the allocated resources.
. Managed all PAT Documentation requirements from the customer.
. Have a hand-in experience in preparing all the PAT Documents and documents related to Project delivery.
. Worked in HUAWEI internal system ISDP for maintaining Project database.
. Developed work breakdown Structures for Project plans. Provide PAT plan Documents, technical PAT proposals, Specification for subcontractors.
. Ensure follow up of all project steps ensuring communication with internal clients, respecting final target and time frame.
. Managed PAT achievement risks by anticipating customer demands and provide immediate resolve or escalation.
. Define initiating, Planning, Execution Controlling and closing Project Phases.
. Prepare and sustain presentations for customer regarding HUAWEI Projects.
. Checking Quality issues related to Huawei Implementation with Quality Management Teams and providing Reports to Customer on Monthly Basis.

➢ LTE Phase0 PAT for STC Huawei.
