LTE (4G), CDMA, GSM (2G). Co-ordination for Single Cell functional test of newly integrated site, for Town Drives, for Cluster Drives and Report submission Acceptance from customer, Cluster Optimization, Report generation, Monitoring & Improving Key Performance. Customer complaints resolve and plan for IBS in.
• Previously worked on various reliance Drive Test & Optimization Includes Checking the Signal Strength of a particular reliance sites in a region and accordingly changing the tilts and orientation of the LTE, CDMA & GSM Antenna to improve the coverage area. Drive Test using NEMO kit, analysing the Drive test log file. Checking the handover performance between cells (Incoming / Outgoing HO). Planning and re planning cell size antennas (Azimuth or tilt) and/or location to meet traffic capacity & coverage needs.

Optimization & Planning:
•Drive Test using NEMO, X-Call and AZENQOS, analyzing the Drive test log file.
•Using the NEMO mobile observing the particular cell parameters such as Rx-level, Rx-quality, C/I, SQI, HSN, MAIO, BER, FER etc.
•Checking the handover performance between cells (Incoming / Outgoing HO).
•Planning and re planning cell size antennas (Azimuth or tilt) and/or location to meet traffic capacity & coverage needs.
•2G 3G and 4G drive Test on AZENQOS and NEMO.
•Analyzing and troubleshoot all RF associated Issues such as interference, call drops, HO failures, bad quality, poor coverage.
•Responsibility of resolving customer complaints regarding Network Issues.
•Handling of Network related Customer complaints.
•Completing the target of given number new of sites for drive and optimization on or before time.
•Responsible for Quality Assurance of total Drive.
•Day to day reporting to both company & customer.
Drive Test:
•Drive Test & Optimization Includes Checking the Signal Strength of a particular sites in a region and accordingly changing the tilts and orientation of the GSM Antenna to improve the coverage area.
•Working on drive test tool such as XCAL, azenqos, TEMS INVESTIGATION for collection of logs.
•Propose the height reduction of Sectors if the signal is overshooting and co-ordinate with the team.
•Responsible for Physical Site optimization.
•Responsible for performing Pre-drive test and post-drive test for new sites.
