 Administrating the network having 1000+ users, having more than 50 high-availability production servers in clustered environment and four remote locations ensuring uptime and load balancing. Investigate user and network problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
 Managing network operations to include: troubleshooting connectivity problems; installing & maintaining routers, firewalls and switches; adding/terminating users; assigning rights and access; assessing and reporting operational status; performing backups and restores; etc. Performing routine preventive maintenance on hardware and software.
 Installing, configuring, and maintain Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems.
 Planning and implementing network security, including building firewalls, applying
Access Control Lists.
 Troubleshooting networks to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
 Establishing and performing maintenance programs following company and vendor standards.
 Monitoring network performance using the Orion NPM, Cisco Works to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
 Maintaining confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
 Documenting network problems and resolutions for future reference.
 Recommending changes to improve network configurations, and determine hardware requirements related to such changes.

 Monitoring and troubleshooting Tandberg Video Conferencing.

 Monitoring and troubleshooting Huawei Wireless Access Controller & Access Points.
