RESPONSIBILITIES
• Must have a polite and hospitable disposition
• To serve food and beverage to guest's assigned station according to the presented service procedures
• Meet, greet and seat our guests in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner without delays
• Acknowledge all departing guests and indicate appreciation for the guest's visit and for their patronage
• As a Food & Beverage Team Member you will be working within both the restaurant and bar areas on a variety of shifts
• Take guests orders and accurately input into the micros system
• Ensure that all cutlery, crockery and glassware are clean and polished to a high standard before and after service

• Exhibits personal attitude, appearance, in a manner which will enhance the guests experience and satisfaction

• Takes the orders of the guests and conveys to related production areas
• Organizes table set-ups and move them as and when required.
• Operated cash register, greeted and assisted customer needs, counted out drawers at the end of shift.
• Took orders from drive-thru using a headset, repeating orders for accuracy.
