Shipping/Logistics/Transport
Responsibilities:
•Coordinate with Clients and Transport Teams to ensure proper workflow and implementation of operations.
•Follow up with Operations Team post sales to ensure smooth operations and address any issues.
•Complete all necessary documentation for Client for their exports while also ensuring the Vessel is booked at the right time.
•Planning of the following:
•Procurement of Transport Vehicles
•Deployment of Vehicles as per Schedule
- Follow up with Transporters for Deliveries
- Preparation of Payments schedule for Transporters

Project-1: Makkah - Haram Expansion Project
Client: Saudi Electromechanical Company
Scope and Duty:
The Job was to do a Reassessment and Rescheduling of the existing installed HVAC Piping Network and the Low Current Electrical System of the BMS system installed, mainly the Fire Alarm Systems in the newly constructed extended part of Haram, Makkah. The task was tedious and required meticulous rectification procedures.

Project-2: Haramain Railway
Client: MASCO (Mohammed Al-Suwailem Company) & Tatweer Contracting
Scope and Duty:
Scheduled and Monitored the Haramain Railway Project with MASCO (Mohammed Al-Suwailem Company) and Tatweer contracting in different cities of Saudi Arabia such as Jeddah and Madinah. The Job was Progress Update and Cost Analysis for completion of civil works such as preparing the Base Structure for the Columns of Bridges for the Railway line at various different sites in different cities.

Client: ProBank Overseas Pvt. Ltd and Soung Yu
Scope and Duty:
This was a turn-key project. The Client was ProBank Overseas Pvt. Ltd and Soung Yu. Detailed discussions and negotiations also had to be maintained with the client for bidding and procurement of the contract. Follow up and reviews were also an integral part of the project which involved my interaction with the client too.
Provided industrial services support to various multinational companies such as Doosan Heavy Industries and Construction, Oksan Arabia Ltd., Korean Electricals for their Power Plant Projects which enhanced my PR and gave me an in-depth study about Resources, Cost Estimations, Bidding and Budget Analysis and Cost flow in the industrial sector.
