 Focus on safe work practice.
 Troubleshoot the process-related issues on the machine.
 Monitoring the Process conditions to stabilize.
 Coordinate with the Maintenance team if any breakdown related to machine and mold.
 Preparation of critical spare parts list of the machine to avoid long breakdown.
 Prepare and update the SOP of equipments.
 Provide the training to operators and other team members how to work on machines based on the procedure.
 Attain the customer complain and identify the root cause then implement in our process.
 Follow up and coordinate with the machine technician(supplier) if any technical issue related to machine.
 Focus on cost reduction by using alternate material with maintaining quality.
 Work with the team to achieve the monthly production target along with productivity
 Supervise & support the PPC, maintenance & Toolroom team for smooth operation
 Maintaining the Plant with 5S, Safety, Hygienic and ISO 9001-2015.
 Optimize the process by standard process parameters
 Control the OT & optimize the manpower requirement
Update the Daily production report to Plant Manager
