Current Project Handled: Temporary Guest House - Al Ruwais - Western Region -Abu Dhabi.
Client : Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC)
Responsibilities:
- Making sure that any activity offered for inspection has an approved shop drawing, Method Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), and that the latest version of the applicable document is available at point of use.
- Carrying out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITP.
- Verifying with independent testing laboratory that all relevant test results related to specific ITR meets the project requirements.
- Making sure that any non-conformity has been reported through a Non-conformity Report (NCR), reviewed by the Construction supervisor or Construction Manager.
- Reviewing the relevant As-Built drawings.
- Preparing work progress reports to Construction Supervisor and Construction Manager.
- Closely monitoring All Architectural site activities.
- Verifying the compliance of all delivered materials with the materials approval.
- Revising contractor's monthly payments versus the actual achieved work.
- Assisting the Senior Architect in taking the necessary decisions for any technical problem at site.
- Ensure that works at sites are carried out as per the specification, approved shop drawings and approved Materials.
- Following up with contractors to find alternatives and technical solutions for any technical problems may appear at site.
- Approval of materials and shop-drawings of fit out & interior design as the contract specifications and client requirements.
- Liaising with clients/contractors and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep clients informed of work progress.
- Participating & supervising in preparation and modification of documents, specifications & Quantity surveying (Q.S) for tendering procedures and putting together proposals.
- Preparing periodic reports as corporation/clients requirements.

- Electrocab Magnet wires Factory -ICAD -Abu Dhabi.
- (Hamad Aamri) Commercial/Resid. Building-(Additional floors and renovation.).
- Various Industrial/ Commercial buildings at Musaffah Industrial Area - Abu Dhabi.
- Various residential villas around Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities :
- Architectural Design and working drawings preparation.
- Carry out site visits for general observation and QA/QC tasks.
- Coordinate and co-operate with the project team in a manner to maintain the clients interest.
- Inspect the works as submitted and making comments for the relevant shop drawings, mock-up/s, material approval, material delivery, etc..
- Issue of remedial notices to highlight and record any unsatisfactory or wrongly executed works on site.
- Record work progress.
- Documents and approved shop drawings and submittals.

- Komatso Head Quarters and services center-Khartoum (Design).
- El Barbary Head Quarters - Industrial area -Khartoum . (Supervision)
- El Barbary Electronics Show Room -Khartoum (Design/Supervision).
- Canar Tel Annual Exhibition at the KIF 2007 proposal (Design).
- El Barbary Electronics Show Room M.najeeb street proposal (Design).
- Various residential villas around Khartoum.
Achieved a good number of designs for different types of projects as follows:
- July 2007 participated within a design team in the PAN AFRICAN PARLIAMENT CONTINENT- WIDE DESIGN COMPETITION in co-operation with Hyder Ahmed Ali Architects and Consultants.
- Kafory Social Club -Khartoum north.
- August 2007 designer of residential compound consists of 5 storey In Khartoum.
- July 2008 participated in the design of an office building consists of 4 storey in Al hasahisa -Jazira state-Sudan.
- April 2008 designer of residential compound consists of 7 storey in third extension area - Khartoum .
- November 2008 member of design team of office building consists of 11 storey in Khartoum east.
- Three villas in different places in Khartoum.
