I'm now working as an electrical engineer in the Egyptian Company for artificial wood.
Maintenance Engineer: from October 2012 till now
1) Installation and Maintenance the electrical circuit for OIL BOILER TUBE.
2) Maintenance, Repairing, Electrical power cables Installation.
3) Dealing with the factory PLC (Siemens_S5, S7) manual wiring and programing.
4) Supervision the operation function of production process and troubles maintenance in cleaning, drying, glow, forming, cross cut saw, loading, pressing, saw and sanding systems throw SCADA Program.
5) Dealing with classic control systems
Installation Engineer: (2011 -2012)
AFROEGYPT Company Etisalat Project (Huawei)
My responsibility: 1) Install microwave links equipment's, including antenna, waveguide, ODU, IDU
2) Install BTS cabinet as 3012, 3812AE and so on 3) Install power system include 3 phase AC and -48 DC cables
4) Install 3G system, 3G antenna, and 3G cabinet
5) Make site survey and efficiency reports
6) Make dismantle for old system
7) Working at Vodafone project (Ericson) for 3 months
8) Huawei in door units as RTN950, RTN620
9) Upgrade old systems in my site
Field Engineer: (2010 -2011)
Alkan Network Company, department of Mobile Networks maintenance, Etisalat project.
My responsibility:
1) Maintain antennas and ODU (outdoor units)
2) Maintain waveguides using Site Master to clarify faults then replace fault part.
3) Login Radio Transmission unit using "U2000" software
4) Maintain indoor unit efficiency by check microwave cards.
5) Maintain site efficiency and environment including power supply system, air condition system, temperature and generator.
6) Resolve site alarms including signal alarms, by check E1 devices, DTRU, and DDPU units
7) Cisco (Routers, Switches, Hubs, and Bridges)
Air Defense Officer (April 2007 till September 2009)
1) Maintenance Electronic Circuits in Rockets & Electrical Systems.
2) Leading room and Training department.
3) Maintenance the communication systems.
4) Manage solder activity
5) Make all reports for my managers
Summer Training: June 2002
The Egyptian TV Ch.6 from June 2002 till July 2002.
Learn microwave system including Camera system, lighting, microwave transmission antenna and studios.
